Dreamhost Billing Fiasco

I mistakenly deleted my rant from yesterday about the billing fiasco with Dreamhost.
However, instead of re-writing my thoughts, here’s a TechCrunch article that suitably sums up the entire situation, including Dreamhost’s Josh - the man responsible for the error - flippant and inappropriately light apology.
There’s a fine line between humor and condescension; more than a few customers felt that hosting provider Dreamhost crossed that line today.
